[Login Page] Forgot Your Password

The user can retrieve password by the following steps:
1. Open the login page and click on "Forgot Your Password" under the login form.
2. Fill in the login ID (aka the Employee ID, User ID), select your security question from the dropdown list, fill in the answer of your security question.
3. Click Submit button when you finished filling up the form.
4. The system will send you an email with your original password.
5. Check your email's inbox.
Please be careful the shoulder surfing, since the email will direct indicate your original password (for example, the password is "ThisIsMyPassword"). Now, you can use your login ID and password to access your account.
