[Login Page] Reset Account

If your account has been locked or you have forgot your security question and password, you can unlock your account by Reset Account function, the detailed processes as below:

1. Open the login page and click on Reset Account.

2. Fill in you login ID (aka Employee ID or User ID), email address, and your birthday.
Please note, the email address and birthday must in accord with the system records.

3. Click on submit button when finished filling up the form.

4. The activation email will send to your email address.

5. Open the activation email and click on the activation link.

6. The browser will direct to a information page which prompt you your account has been activated, and a temporary password has been sent to your email address.

7. Open your mail box and keep in mind this temporary password.
Please be careful the shoulder surfing, since the email will direct indicate the temporary password (for example, the password is "VDRTJP")

8. Open the login page and sign in your account by temporary password.

9. The system will ask you to complete the new user process, set up your new security question first.

10. Filling up the Old Password field by temporary password and set up your new password. The new user process are finished now.
